Casita 40 is a townhouse in an exclusive textile urbanisation Las Casitas de la Playa in the beach resort of Vera-Playa. The gated complex is located 50m from Playa Marques beach with Chiringuitos, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area and a major supermarket.
Decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout the townhouse, designed in traditional Spanish style, offers a feeling of luxury and peaceful tranquillity ideal for a relaxing holiday. The house boasts superfast WiFi, air conditioning/heating, three separate terraces including a rooftop terrace-solarium with sea views, community pool and free private covered parking.

On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, toilet and living-dining room with direct access to a covered outdoor seating area overlooking the community pool/gardens.
On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to a private terrace overlooking the pool, also on this floor is a main bathroom and a 2nd double bedroom with twin beds and stunning sea views from a Juliet balcony.
From the 1st floor there is a staircase leading to a rooftop terrace/solarium with stunning sea views.

Local Area
Vera-Playa
Beach resort with over 8km of beaches stretching from Garrucha to Villaricos including 2km of naturist beach at El Playazo. The resort has many bars, restaurants, shopping areas in addition to two major supermarkets and a waterpark.
Playa Vera Information Services
Villaricos – 4km
Small, unspoiled and charming fishing village with 2 harbours and several bars/restaurants. Steeped in history this village has been populated since 6500bc and was an important settlement for the Phoenacians and Romans who named it Baria. There is a local dive school available to help you explore this excellent area for diving with crystal clear waters and beautiful coves.
Garrucha – 7km
Fishing village with a large port for pleasure craft, fishing vessels and the export of aggregate from the local quarries. The village houses an abundance of shops and a beautiful marina with many lovely bars, restaurants. Boat trips are available from the marina to the beaches of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park or for nature watching in the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
Garrucha Fishing Village
Vera Pueblo (town) – 8km
Typical Spanish town with lots of amenities banks, shops, townhall and churches. The oldest bullring in Almeria stands in the town and is free to visit, inaugurated in 1879 and still used for bullfights, concerts and cultural events.
Mojacar Playa – 10km
Vibrant, busy tourist resort with over 17km of sandy beaches. The resort has an abundance of bars and restaurants from simple tapas to a la carte dining experiences, beach clubs and many shops.
Mojacar Pueblo – 13km
Sitting high on a foothill of the Sierra Cabrera mountains sits Mojacar Pueblo. Imposing from a distance but once inside a labyrinth of picture postcard Spanish streets lined with balconies and floral displays. The pueblo offers stunning views of the local area and coastlines with various viewpoints around the village. Enjoy a wander through the streets or a tapas in the many restaurants or some shopping in the small boutique shops nestled in the side streets.

Cabo de Gata Natural Park – 35km
The Cabo de Gata is a nature reserve with a semi-desert and volcanic landscape. Gorgeous sleep villages are dotted around its coastline with some of the worlds most stunning beaches and coves often used in the filming of Hollywood movies such as Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. It’s most famous beaches Playa Monsul and Playa Genoveses offer beautiful sandy beaches, blues seas and a perfect paradise for snorkelling and relaxing in their splendour.

Check In/Out Information
- Check-in: after 3:00 p.m.
- Arrival out of hours: Keys will be available in secure lockbox at the property.
- Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Payment Information
50% deposit required upon booking. Remaining 50% payable no later than 30 days before arrival.
- A security deposit of €200 will be taken at the time of booking and refunded by bank transfer 5-15 days after departure. In the event of any damage the repair costs will be deducted from the deposit.
- The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included. The surplus will be charged at €0.40/Kwh.
